How Long Will My Order Take?

We do hold some stock of shelves and brackets, and attempt to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Standard delivery takes between 4 to 6 working days, from date of dispatch depending on your delivery code and product availability. For high volume or customised orders, production lead-times may vary, depending on the volume and scope of your order, and will be communicated to you at the time of quoting/ordering.

What Are the Delivery Costs?

All standard shipping costs, including a median fee for nationwide delivery, are included in the listed product price. (Deliveries within South Africa).

How Do I Track My Order?

We'll send you an email when the status of your order changes. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation and tracking number with details of how to track your order depending on which courier company has been used.

What Is Your Returns Policy?

Marbella Returns & Refunds:

 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your product you can return the product to us within 14 days of receipt and we will either exchange it, replace it, or refund you subject to the terms below.

In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging. All items will be inspected on return. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our premises. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to be damaged or tampered with not in accordance with normal use. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Once Marbella has received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If we approve your return, we will refund you via your original payment method. Depending on your bank’s policies, you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days. 

You are responsible for organising the return of your item with a courier service of your choice. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with us if you would like a recommendation for courier companies that you can use. You are also responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item, we cannot accept COD packages. Kindly keep the receipt or tracking number of your returned package in the event it is delayed or lost in transit. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed in transit on the way back to us.

Sale items cannot be returned, the same applies for items bought with coupons or on discount.


Marbella products that are custom-made may not be exchanged or returned unless the goods are defective. Additionally, if you have requested any specific changes to an existing listed item on our website, that item will not be suitable for return.

 

Damaged or Defective Products:

We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of a high quality and without defects or damage.

If you have received a product which is defective or damaged, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after you become aware of the defect, but in any event within 2 days after delivery of the product(s).

We will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge.

Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will, at your choice, replace the product as soon as possible (if such replacement is possible) or refund you if that is your preference. Refunds are normally handled within 8 days of logging the return (bear in mind that refunds can take 1-4 working days to reflect in your account). Replacements could take longer, depending on replacement availability.

Please provide suitable packaging for returning the product (it need not be the original packaging), as well as all components and parts that were sold with the defective item when you return it to us – regardless of whether you request a replacement or a refund. Our courier is entitled to refuse collection of a product that is not properly packaged for transport.

Installation and use

Marbella will NOT supply any installation equipment or tools with any of our products unless specified in the check list. Marbella will not take responsibility for any wrong installation or installation methods used by the client, making it impossible to use the item for what it is intended.

 

Marbella brackets are designed to support a maximum load of 40kg (including the weight of the shelf) when mounted correctly and are for decorative use only. They are not intended for industrial or heavy-duty shelving. Exceeding this weight limit or using the brackets improperly may result in damage or injury, for which Marbella is not responsible.
